I’ve now lost a total of 110 lbs! Yay!
Weight loss update
I have lost 106 lbs since September. That averages out to 11.77778 lbs a month. LOL! I have 35 lbs to go and I’ll be at my goal weight!

Weigh day again!
161 this morning. Still have 40 lbs to go. I’m hoping to be down to 145 by my birthday in August.
What makes me happy
I like to read, I like to work in my garden, spend time with my grandson, my dogs and cats and do housework. I like to walk, bicycle and run. I like to learn more about nutrition and fitness. I like to watch wrestling, both WWE TNA, old and new. I like TV shows: Dr. Who, The Biggest Loser, Grimm, The Walking Dead and Dexter. I enjoy CSI but I rarely get to watch it. I like cartoons.

Weigh day!
Lost 3 lbs this week! Saturday evening, I fell and broke my right hand, so I’m happy with the 3 lbs. I have to get out and walk and ride my bike this week, even if it hurts. Exercise works!
Happy Mother's Day
May it be the happiest one ever! I stuck to my diet through Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines and Easter, so I can make it through today. I’ve had a salad and a boca burger today. Boca burgers are veggie burgers that taste yummy. 70 calories, .5 grams of fat and 13 grams of protein in one patty. Cook it in the microwave for 1 minute, melt some fat-free cheese on it for 30 seconds, then...
Weight lost
I’ve lost 101 lbs since last June. My goal is still 40 lbs away, but I’m getting there. Bicycling, walking and playing basketball as often as possible, plus eating light and healthy. Salads are awesome!

Weight loss goals
As of last Tuesday morning, I’d lost 87 lbs. Still another 55 lbs to go. It’s getting harder to find time for exercise and food isn’t any less tempting, but I’ve got to stick it out. I want to be healthy.
Healthy is what counts.
Losing weight
As of last Tuesday, I lost 85 lbs so far, with 65 more to go. Yay! I’m more than halfway there! How did I ever let myself get so out of shape?

Diversity
I have diverse interests, everything from collecting pictures of wildlife to watching episodes of Dr. Who to being a diehard, lifelong wrestling fan. I like reading fanfiction of quite a few fandoms, particularly wrestling.
